Free Webinar Explores Natural Ways to Reverse Diabetes in India
A free online webinar on reversing diabetes through natural methods will take place on November 14 at 5:30 pm. The session supports the Prime Minister's Fit India Movement and Diabetes-Free India campaign. Experts will discuss yoga, Ayurveda, naturopathy and diet as tools for managing the condition.
India currently faces a severe diabetes crisis, with around 89.8 million adults affected in 2024, according to the International Diabetes Federation. Many cases go undiagnosed due to a lack of symptoms, limited healthcare access, and sociocultural barriers. Research from Statista also shows a 9.6% prevalence rate among adults in 2021, with rising Type-2 diabetes cases increasing demand for treatments.
The upcoming webinar, organised by Yogic Gurukul, aims to address this growing health challenge. Led by yoga guru Sri Ravi Dixit, director of Yogic Gurukul, the session will feature doctors and health professionals. They will share practical, holistic approaches to managing and potentially reversing diabetes.
Participants can join the event online via Zoom. The focus will be on natural solutions, including yoga, Ayurveda, naturopathy and dietary changes.
The webinar provides an opportunity for people to learn evidence-based, natural methods for diabetes management. With India ranking among the top countries for diabetes cases, such initiatives offer accessible guidance for those seeking alternatives to conventional treatments. Registration details are available through Yogic Gurukul's official channels.
