Evommune's EVO756 Shows Rapid Relief in Chronic Inflammation Trial

Evommune has presented new clinical data on its experimental treatment EVO756 at the EADV 2025 Congress in Paris. The therapy targets MRGPRX2, a receptor involved in mast cell and sensory neuron activity. Early results show promising improvements for patients with chronic inflammatory conditions. The study found rapid progress in patients receiving EVO756. Within one week, both Pruritus NRS and FricTest scores began to improve. After four weeks, 70 percent of patients had better FricTest scores, with 30 percent achieving a complete response.

A total of 93 percent of participants showed clinical responses in either FricTest or Pruritus-NRS after the same period. Additionally, 41 percent experienced at least a 4-point reduction in Pruritus-NRS. Half of the complete responders also had IgE levels of 100 IU/mL or higher, indicating broad potential for the treatment.

EVO756 was well-tolerated throughout the trial. No serious adverse events were reported, and no participants stopped treatment due to side effects. The company has made an on-demand webinar with full data available on its website. The findings suggest EVO756 could offer significant relief for patients with chronic inflammatory diseases. The treatment’s safety profile and early efficacy mark it as a candidate for further development. Evommune continues to advance its research in this area.
