Usinsk Welcomes a Homegrown Paramedic After Years of Dedication
A new paramedic, Natalia Chuprova, has begun work at the adult outpatient clinic, according to the press service of the Republic of Komi's Ministry of Health.
A native of Usinsk, Chuprova graduated from Ivanovo Medical College in February 2026 with a degree in general medicine. She decided to return to her hometown to start her professional career.
Her choice was deliberate: during her studies, she completed an internship at Usinsk Central District Hospital. In 2023, she worked as an orderly in the surgical department, and in 2024–2025, she served as a nurse in the adult outpatient clinic. Over this time, she proved herself as a responsible and conscientious employee, building trust with both colleagues and patients.
Attracting and supporting young professionals remains a key priority for Komi's Ministry of Health. This effort is part of the national project "Long and Active Life," initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, which aims to strengthen the healthcare system with qualified medical personnel.
